Thank You, 2015

IMG_4232 (1)2015 was a great year.

Thanks to you, my family, friends, colleagues and partners for your unwavering support! In 2016, let’s continue moving forward together. Muchas gracias.

I love being a librarian and an advocate, working with multicultural and multiethnic populations, strategizing and researching how to improve services to these populations.

I am deeply thankful to brilliant partners. It was an honor to collaborate with such passionate and thoughtful minds. As a consultant, speaker and President of INW, I was fortunate to work with libraries, associations, organizations and companies across the globe. I appreciated the opportunity to keynote/collaborate/coordinate events originated in five continents.

Thanks to you, 2015 highlights include:

*A very important highlight: ability to achieve a nice balance between family-time and professional commitments. I am very thankful to my family and their unconditional support!

I continue to encourage donations to the causes I support. Please, visit the pages of the Freedom to Read Foundation and the Leroy C.Merritt Humanitarian Fund which is devoted to the support of librarians in need.

2015 was a good year. Sincere thanks to friends, colleagues and partners that made it possible. Here’s to 2016!
